Quality Assurance:
We believe the most important thing is to supply quality, reliable equipment when you need it most.
If the equipment you are hiring from us fails for whatever reason, call us immediately and we will try to solve the problem straight away.
Our usual policy is for you to speak to one of our technical people to see if we can fix it over the phone. If this is not possible, we will arrange to change over the equipment as soon as possible.
ALL our equipment is checked and tested before it is dispatched to you. So, chances of you ever seeing us replacing a faulty unit, are minimal.
NOTE: Service call-outs due to operator error will incur a call-out fee. |

Prior to purchasing the Short Term Hire business in May 1998, John was the Managing Director of Radio Rentals Ltd, South Australia for a period of 3 years.

Mrs Jenny Tuckwell
Sales Director
Jenny joined the Company seven years ago as an owner/Director and has experience with all aspects of administration and customer support. Jenny is usually the first point of contact for our customers.
